Ops round me process manager ya team leader aapse baat karta hai. Ye round me check hota hai ki aap customer ke saath polite, process-oriented aur clear communication rakhte ho ya nahi.
Q1. What will you do if a customer is angry or shouting?
“I’ll first listen patiently, let them finish speaking, apologize, and assure them I’ll do my best to resolve their issue.”
Q2. How will you greet a customer on call?
“Good morning! Thank you for calling [Company Name]. My name is Vaibhav. How may I assist you today?”
Reason: Customer problem, query ya support ke liye khud call initiate karta hai. Hum unki concern resolve karte hain.
Examples: Recharge fail, refund issue, internet problem.
Reason: Company ki taraf se agent customer ko proactively call karta hai—verification, follow-up, feedback, ya sales ke liye.
Examples: KYC calls, follow-up calls, offer calls.
Q4. What will you do if you don’t know the customer’s answer?
“I’ll ask the customer’s permission to place the call on hold, take help from my senior or team leader, and return with the correct and verified information.”
Agar aap English me comfortable nahi ho, politely bolo: “Sir, I’ll try to answer in English, but if you're okay, I can explain a few points in Hindi for better clarity.”
